You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure your use of TraceLayer does not violate export controls, privacy laws, or intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the platform are owned by TraceLayer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute without permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security.
• Use the Services for illegal tracking, surveillance, or unlicensed transfers.
• Misrepresent product data or credentials.
6. Payment & Subscription
• Fees are billed according to your subscription plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Liability
TraceLayer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
• Loss of data caused by user error or unauthorized access.
• Regulatory penalties due to inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law
